Your 24/7 Reservations Team — Without the Overhead
We replace chaos with engineered efficiency. From initial discovery to active monitoring, our process is designed for zero-friction deployment.
We start by taking a in-depth brief to understand your daily operations. We map out your current processes and identify the repetitive work that's perfect for automation.
Our team designs intelligent workflows tailored to your business. Whether it's automating email responses or syncing data—we build it to fit your exact needs.
We connect your existing tools (CRM, email, spreadsheets, databases) into a seamless automation system. Thoroughly tested to ensure accuracy before going live.
Once live, we train your team on how the automation works. You'll see immediate time savings as the AI handles the heavy lifting.
We continuously monitor performance, gather feedback, and refine workflows to deliver even better results over time.
Our remote support team provides monthly updates to enhance your workflows, add new automation capabilities, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
TaskForce AI designs and deploys intelligent automation systems that replace manual, repetitive workflows across your business. From inquiry handling to internal operations, we build AI agents that work 24/7 — cutting operational costs by up to 65% and saving your team 40+ hours every week. Headquartered in Colombo with active operations in Muscat and London.
Our agents don’t just automate — they reason, respond, and escalate like a trained team member. We build custom automation stacks for hospitality, healthcare, education, professional services, and government using the most capable AI models available today. Every deployment is engineered for your specific workflows — not a one-size-fits-all template.
TaskForce AI voice agents handle inbound and outbound calls in English, Sinhala, Tamil, and Arabic. They qualify leads, book appointments, respond to FAQs, and escalate complex queries — all without a human on the line. Already deployed across hospitality, commercial equipment, and service businesses in Sri Lanka and Oman.
We’re not a software reseller or a chatbot plugin company. TaskForce AI is a specialist AI build agency — our team designs, deploys, and maintains end-to-end automation infrastructure for organisations that need real results. From government ministries to SMEs, we deploy AI that fits your stack from day one.
Sri Lanka’s business environment is moving fast. Companies that adopt AI now will outpace competitors who wait. TaskForce AI is built specifically for the Sri Lankan market — we understand local languages, local workflows, and local client expectations. Our systems are deployed and supported locally, with the technical depth of a global AI agency behind every build.
An intelligent automation agent doesn’t just follow rules — it understands context, handles exceptions, and gets smarter over time. TaskForce AI builds agents that manage real business tasks: answering calls, routing inquiries, sending follow-ups, processing bookings, and flagging issues that need a human.
